We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle UK Payroll, UK Statutory Absence and Fast Formulae to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation for a high-profile organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for functional solution design, client engagement, implementation delivery and supporting the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions covering UK Payroll and Statutory Absence.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Lead and participate in functional workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion UK Payroll and Absence functionality.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulae to support business and statutory requirements.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and implementation activities.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve functional issues.
  • Provide functional guidance throughout the project life cycle.
  • Support knowledge transfer and mentor other team members where required.
