Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care in a mixed GMS and private practice.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to clinical governance, infection control and practice policies.
- Supporting care for a large number of CDM patients and engaging in a very active recall system in all aspects of healthcare.
- 24hr blood pressure monitoring, health checks.
- Conduct smears/administer children's vaccines in line with the current vaccination programme.
- Nursing management of diabetes/chronic respiratory disease/cholesterol testing and dietary advice.
- Clinical stock ordering.
