FAKRO GB, a leading manufacturer in the roof window and loft ladder industry, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time role, with working hours set at Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 14:30. You will work in close collaboration with the Finance Manager and Senior Accounts Administrator to ensure that the Finance department works efficiently, providing high-quality administrative and financial support across a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciling of AP invoices and expense claims, ensuring all items are paid in line with the terms of the account.
  • Managing the financial side of the sales order process i.e. credit limits, terms, account generation.
  • Reconciliations: Till reconciliations (electronic) and trade debtor/creditor balances to ledgers.
  • Import & Export: Managing the GMR and CDS procedures to ensure all international deliveries arrive on time.
  • Reporting: Using our systems to complete and create bespoke reports to meet the needs of the business.
  • Administration: Monitoring of the Accounts inbox and phone lines, ensuring all Supplier and Customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: GCSE Maths and English. AAT Level 2 – preferred but not essential. Experience with using the Kerridge ERP system – preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills. Performance driven with a key desire to meet targets and deadlines. Have an understanding of Excel and the Microsoft package. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated and results oriented. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
