Hours: 16-18 hrs (Tuesday – Friday to include Foodbank opening hours in both Wimborne and Blandford)

As part of the Faithworks' Money Advice team, you'll walk alongside people facing financial hardship, helping them understand their situation, explore options and take practical steps forward.
This role is about more than budgets and benefits. It's about restoring confidence, reducing stress and helping people move from crisis to stability.
Our goal is simple: we want to help people become more financially resilient and better equipped to manage their money, reducing the likelihood of financial crisis and repeat foodbank use. Therefore, the jobholder will:
- Deliver financial resilience and money guidance activities in Wimborne and Blandford.
- Recruit, train, coach and support volunteers to provide effective and compassionate money guidance and benefit support.
- Build strong relationships with foodbanks, and in time community partners (including local churches) to increase access to financial wellbeing support.
- Develop referral pathways into specialist services including income maximisation, debt advice, and wider community support.
- Record and communicate evidence of impact, learning and good practice.
