The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

We are urgently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated carer to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care and daily living support to our client. A core requirement for this position is fluency in the Arabic language. The successful candidate will use their language skills to ensure clear communication, provide companionship, and maintain comfort for an Arabic-speaking individual.

Care package will start at 9:00am-3:00pm or 10:00am-4:00pm (6 hours each day) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Provide daily companion care and conversational support in both Arabic and English.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Arabic (to communicate effectively with an Arabic-speaking client)
  • Car driver is ideal but not a requirement of the role
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • You must be over 18
  • You should be kind, compassionate and enjoy helping others
  • You should have great communication skills
  • Be comfortable with providing personal care including incontinence support, washing and dressing

CARE AND SUPPORT WORKER ROLE:

As a Care Assistant you will be delivering quality personal care to each of our service users. Your daily tasks will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they have emotional support and companionship. This will see you providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference.
