We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those with developmental disabilities. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, including older adults and those with developmental disabilities. You'll help improve their quality of life through respectful, patient-centred care during daytime hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following safety protocols.
- Accurately document client progress and report any changes in condition.
- Promote client independence and dignity through compassionate care and meaningful interaction.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
