We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role inenhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and thosewith developmental disabilities
As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, including older adults and those with developmental disabilities. You’ll help improve their quality of life through respectful, patient-centred care during daytime hours.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following safety protocols.
Accurately document client progress and report any changes in condition.
Promote client independence and dignity through compassionate care and meaningful interaction.
Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
