As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to provide tailor-made care that helps individuals live independently in their own homes—while supporting them to stay connected with what matters most in their lives and communities.
Your Mission
- To be the face of Faith’s Walk—delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to live well and do more of what they love.
- Provide companionship, home help, and personal care.
- Support clients with tasks impacted by age, mobility, illness, memory loss, or recovery.
- Encourage clients to explore self-care options, use assistive technologies, and engage with community activities.
- Promote independence, dignity, and improved quality of life.

Working Conditions

Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey.
