We are seeking a full time Home Care Assistant to join our team at Faiths Care Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, assisting with personal care, household tasks, and companionship. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help clients manage their medications and adhere to care plans.
- Drive clients to appointments or assist with errands as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and families.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide personalized support.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Care visits are located in and around Colchester and Tendring. Full Time - Monday - Friday and Alternate Weekends will be required.
