Faith in Families Swansea seeks a part-time Children’s Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver 1-2-1 and group support for children and young people with emotional wellbeing concerns. You will use trauma-informed approaches, build trusting relationships with children and families, and coordinate personalised plans and activities.
Strong safeguarding practice and effective reporting are essential. Working 17 hours per week, you will balance direct support delivery with record-keeping and liaison.
