About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support. This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity working 3-4 days per week, with approximately 4 hours per day. There is flexibility around the exact working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of client invoices each month
- Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
- Ordering stationery and general office supplies
- Organising maintenance callouts for the office when required
- Providing general administrative and business support
- Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks
- Previous experience processing invoices would be beneficial
