Our client based in Woking are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team! This role is temp with the opportunity to move on to a permanent contract. You will be first point of contact for customers and provide advice and guidance on products. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills and experience working in a similar role.
Duties:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers
- Building rapport with customers over the phone
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Manage customer complaints when required
- Update CRM system on a daily basis
- Handle calls as quickly and efficiently as possible
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
