A corporate centrally based company in Woking (parking is included) are looking for a Bookkeeping and Treasury Assistant to join their growing team. You will be based 4 days a week in their beautiful offices and WFH on a Wednesday. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will assist in global payment settlements and reconciliations across multiple international businesses, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external banking partners. Assist with accurate and timely payment settlements and reconciliations. Provide support for internal stakeholder queries and month-end closing activities. Manage digital wallet refunds and bank withdrawals, escalating compliance issues as needed. Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with treasury-related audits. Skills and Requirements: 2-5 years’ experience in multi-currency international settlements. Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks Strong understanding of payment processing and cash management. Relevant accounts qualification An understanding of Crypto/Blockchain would be desirable
