Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general enquiries and applicant registrations
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Scheduling property valuations
- Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
- Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Preparing tenancy documentation
- Assisting with property sales negotiations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
