Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
- Advertise vacancies across systems, job boards and social channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage diaries
- Gather feedback and keep records accurate and up to date
- Assist with offer letters and contracts
- Work closely with the people team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Suggest practical process improvements
- Support projects that help the team work more effectively
Skills Required:
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
