Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
  • Advertise vacancies across systems, job boards and social channels
  • Coordinate interviews and manage diaries
  • Gather feedback and keep records accurate and up to date
  • Assist with offer letters and contracts
  • Work closely with the people team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Suggest practical process improvements
  • Support projects that help the team work more effectively

Skills Required:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence using systems and learning new tools quickly
