Role Overview:
To provide a professional service to clients within agreed areas of specialisation, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to overall business profitability through effective case/matter management, billing, and involvement in marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing client matters efficiently and effectively
- Maintain regular communication with clients and relevant third parties
- Prepare and produce documentation in a timely manner (letters, notes, briefs, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date diary management
- Record time accurately and consistently
- Bill clients promptly and manage financial aspects, including obtaining money on account where appropriate
- Liaise with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and credit control
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and professional conduct requirements
- Attend training to maintain and develop knowledge and meet continuing professional development requirements
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Work towards and achieve billing and chargeable hour targets
