Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator Byfleet 27,105 FTE Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, book parcel and pallet couriers, and prepare shipping documentation to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- Pick, pack, wrap, and strap customer orders, ensuring goods meet quality standards before shipment.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and book inbound deliveries, accurately recording paperwork and batch numbers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and correct storage of goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
- Support daily warehouse operations by covering colleagues' duties as required to maintain workflow.
Key Duties:
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills while managing tasks efficiently.
- Apply previous warehouse experience, including stock handling, manual lifting, and safe operation of forklift and hand pallet trucks.
- Use computer systems confidently, including Sage 50, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and security, with knowledge of regulated or safety-critical working environments being an advantage.
