Design Development Engineer Woking, Surrey Competitive Salary Are you a creative and hands-on Design Engineer looking to take ownership of projects from concept through to production? We are seeking a Design Development Engineer to join a growing engineering team, supporting the design, development and testing of innovative products. This is a varied role offering involvement across the full product lifecycle, from initial concepts and prototyping through to manufacturing and final approval. Key Responsibilities Manage design projects from concept to completion Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor Develop prototypes and support product testing activities Produce technical documentation, bills of materials and design records Provide technical support to production, sales and purchasing teams Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations Visit customer sites when required to gather project information About You Previous experience in a Design Engineer, Development Engineer or Product Design role Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and innovative business where you can make a real impact and develop your engineering career.
