Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Woking

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation.
• Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required.
• Manage transactions through exchange and completion.
• Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
• Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
