We are recruiting for a growing accounting firm that service a large number of small business clients across a number of sectors. They are looking for a responsive, detail-orientated accountant to join their team to manage a large portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all compliance responsibilities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner Preparation of annual accounts and submitting to Companies House Preparation of both company and personal tax returns, and submitting to HMRC Responding to queries by telephone or mail that may arise from clients Skills Required: 5 years\’ experience in a client-facing role within a financial services environment Experience with both personal and company tax returns Strong knowledge of inheritance and capital gains tax Proven record of looking after clients
