Our client is seeking a proactive Strategic Planning Specialist to join their team that is responsible for supporting the planning, business development and documentation to deliver output which is aligned with company strategy and methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of strategic plans and summarize core services provided by the division/team.
  • Provide professional insight and guidance on strategic planning issues and processes.
  • Translate executive-level requirements into structured documents and reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to support service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality delegated reports and analysis in a timely manner.
  • Produce executive summaries for key stakeholders to identify and respond to market opportunities.
  • Register business opportunities and project details in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Manage the Project Master Tracker, monitoring customer contacts, billing, sales revenue, cost breakdowns, and expected profits.
  • Create and maintain rolling sales and profit plans.
  • Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, planning, and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
