We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our client\’s team in Weybridge. In this role, you will support and manage the end-to-end procurement process in compliance with global procurement policies. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your procurement skills within a global company and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties: Manage procurement process through ERP systems in line with compliance standards Coordinate and execute the sourcing process from third-party vendors Provide support to Procurement Category Leads across a range of procurement functions including tenders, supplier management, and contract administration Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations Support internal and external audits by preparing and submitting required documentation Manage and execute P2P (Procure-to-Pay) sourcing activities in SAP Assist Procurement Category Leads with day-to-day procurement tasks Provide support to internal teams including Sales and Finance with procurement-related requests Contribute to monthly procurement closing activities Provide weekly procurement updates and support ad-hoc procurement projects Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completionRequirements: Bachelor\’s degree in relevant field 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management would be desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ERP system experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Be a collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset Adapt to changing priorities and perform well under pressure CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate or Level 4 Diploma (or willingness to pursue)If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a global procurement function and thrive in a dynamic, international environment-we\’d love to hear from you.
