You will handle inbound Motor and Home Insurance enquiries, understand customers needs, identify suitable cover and maximise sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service and working within FCA requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers seeking Motor and Home Insurance. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate additional cover.
