Job Description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a successful and friendly team in Woking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll provide reliable administrative and office support to senior executives and wider departments, ensuring excellent service is delivered to both internal and external stakeholders.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide dedicated administrative support to senior executives, managing and prioritising tasks effectively.\\nComplete a range of general administration duties including document preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, report collation, minute taking, and diary management.\\nManage and respond to emails efficiently, maintaining accurate electronic filing systems.\\nProvide holiday cover for Executive Assistants when required.\\nCoordinate and organise meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments, lunches, and IT setups are prepared as needed.\\nGreet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.\\nProvide reception cover when necessary, managing incoming visitors and queries.\\nManage office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and essential consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.\\nLiaise with suppliers and service providers for office maintenance, including printers, coffee machines, water coolers, and cleaning services.\\nOversee the daily post process, ensuring timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail.\\nMaintain the presentation and cleanliness of reception, meeting, and communal areas.\\nLiaise with building management regarding facilities issues.\\nSupport the Senior Executive Assistant with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
