Operations Manager Woking (Hybrid) £32,000 + 10% Bonus A multi site, national company with Head Office based in Central Woking (free parking available) are seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager to manage a team of 6, you will be responsible for Motivating the operations team, whist providing the highest level of Operational support to some of the World's leading brands. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) you will be a part of an engaging team that work in a fast paced environment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Bring new ideas to assist with the overall strategic direction of the Operations team. Implement process and procedures Lead and coach a team of 6 operation executives Set motivating objectives for the team. Ensure the team are on track and ready to deliver clients business strategies. Train and develop team members Oversee the recruitment of the team. Ensure that Team and One-to-One performance reviews are carried out. Be the first-line support to clients for software support Provide clients and stakeholders with detailed support and insight on individual campaigns. Be the first point of contact for clients Attend meetings with clients Ensure that all team members have completed necessary training courses Offer support and guidance on New Business projects Visit field-based staff and attend off site meetingsKey Skills: At least 3 years in an operational role preferably in FMCG Have at least 3 years of managing staff. Be highly organised A confident user of Excel Experience of presenting reports to clients Happy to work in a fast paced environment
