We are seeking an organised and confident administrator that is looking to return to a Legal environment or is passionate about Law and is looking for their first step in a progressive firm that will support you in your career growth. By providing administrative support to the legal team you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of a busy and rewarding department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital and paper filing.
  • Drafting legal documentations, and other forms.
  • Communicating with clients and third parties.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Day to day admin, filing, scanning, data entry.
  • Schedule and manage team members' diaries and appointments.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of dealing with clients in face to face, phone and email.
  • Be empathetic, approachable and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or a Law qualification is preferred but not essential.
