This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous PA, Executive Assistant, or strong administration experience who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities, and delivering exceptional service. The Role Working closely with senior leadership and the wider team, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating client communications, overseeing workflows, and providing comprehensive administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring operations run efficiently while helping to maintain excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated PA and administrative support to a senior leader. Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules. Monitor and manage email correspondence, responding to enquiries where appropriate. Act as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders. Prepare, process, and maintain accurate client records and documentation. Coordinate workflows and ensure key actions and deadlines are followed up. Liaise with internal departments and third-party organisations as required. Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics. Support client relationship management and ongoing service delivery. Assist with business projects, marketing activities, and client events. Maintain CRM systems and ensure information remains accurate and up to date. Provide general administrative support to the wider business when required. Skills & Experience Previous experience within a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience within professional or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential. What's on Offer? £30,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience.
