Our client based in Woking are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team! You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide advice and guidance on products. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills, who enjoys a fast-paced environment!
Duties:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers
- Building rapport with customers over the phone
