We are looking for an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager to lead the design, delivery and evolution of data and analytics solutions across a multi-market environment. This is a business-facing technology role requiring someone who can combine strong technical data knowledge with commercial awareness, project delivery and excellent stakeholder management.

You will work across business and IT teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, design scalable solutions and deliver projects that improve data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and evolve data and analytics solutions.
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead data and technology projects through to implementation and go-live.
  • Support system rollouts, data migration and localisation across multiple markets.
  • Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements and change.
  • Work with architecture, security and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and accurate.
  • Manage third-party suppliers, budgets and external resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the use and value of existing data.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and senior business stakeholders.

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven experience delivering data and analytics solutions within an IT environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure experience, particularly: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake / Lakehouse.
  • Good understanding of data architecture and data flows.
  • Practical SQL experience.
  • Experience with Python and/or PySpark.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, processing, analysis, visualisation and KPIs.
  • Proven project management and delivery experience.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams, locations or markets.
  • Experience with third-party suppliers, budgets and contracts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

You will be a confident, commercially aware technology professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. You will be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of complex data projects.
