Are you an experienced Administrator seeking part time flexible hours to work in a modern and professional setting in a fantastic office space in Liphook? My client offers hands on training and also the opportunity to obtain accountancy qualifications in the future.
Duties:
- Reconciling financial data
- Record income and expenses in Xero
- Ensure that any requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Report on monthly budgets
- Journal accruals
- Create and distribute monthly reports to management
- Reconcile accounts
- Ensure that compliance is maintained at all times
Skills Required:
- Previous accountancy experience an advantage
- Experience with CRM or Accountancy systems an advantage
- At least 3 years of office based administrative experience is essential
- A team player happy to work in a varied role
- Great communicator
