Faith is recruiting for an established legal practice who are seeking a Paralegal to join its Trusts & Estates / Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals. The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with a range of Trusts & Estates and Private Client matters
- Assisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clients
- Liaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue & Customs
- Preparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills
- Maintaining accurate records, case files and diaries
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes
Experience Required for This Role:
- Previous experience within Private Client / Trusts & Estates work
- Ability to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentation
- Experience using a case management system is desirable but not essential
- Strong self-management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident team player with a proactive approach
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation/audio software
