An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a growing organisation and support the delivery of a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support employee relations matters, including absence, performance and disciplinary processes
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent planning
  • Deliver and support learning and development initiatives
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support performance reviews
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement activities
  • Support apprenticeship and early careers programmes

About you:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge
  • Confident advising and influencing managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable
