Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with group standards
  • Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Coordinate statutory accounts and external audits
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and governance standards
  • Act as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Support cost control initiatives, margin enhancement, and working capital management
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

What You Bring

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Finance Manager or similar
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Experience working within structured, multinational, or matrix organizations
  • Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or finance systems
