Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with group standards
- Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets
- Coordinate statutory accounts and external audits
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and governance standards
- Act as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support cost control initiatives, margin enhancement, and working capital management
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
What You Bring
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Finance Manager or similar
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
- Experience working within structured, multinational, or matrix organizations
- Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or finance systems
