Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing Location: Farnham, UK Salary: £DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing to join a busy and rapidly growing conveyancing team based in Farnham. Our client is a well-established and reputable firm offering a supportive team environment and a competitive benefits package. You will be working closely with and supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is a full-time office-based role offering excellent long-term prospects. Key Responsibilities will include: Full range of administrative and paralegal support including opening files and ensuring compliance Managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Drafting contract packs and preparing Completion Statements (COTs) Dealing with post-exchange administration Carrying out final searches, lodging SDLT returns and AP1s Dealing with Land Registry requisitions Audio and copy typing, dictation and diary management The Candidate: Previous experience working as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing is essential Good working knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows would be advantageous but not essential Excellent client care skills with enthusiasm to deliver a great client service Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage your own time, prioritise and multi-task effectively Comfortable with modern IT systems A true team player with a professional and confidential approach This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated paralegal looking to develop their career within a thriving team
