Our client is seeking a Digital Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to oversee project delivery, managing in-house and partner-led initiatives within defined timelines and budgets. Candidates must have experience in Change Management, Vendor Management, and QMS (ISO-9001), along with a track record of successfully managing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and review both in-house and partner-led projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement lean methodologies and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct and implement quarterly business reviews with partners.
  • Develop and drive value delivery frameworks across all projects.
  • Proactively monitor projects, anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Plan and manage talent supply chain, identifying key roles in advance.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to enhance project delivery and documentation.
  • Ensure proactive risk and dependency management across programs.
  • Support teams in achieving excellence in quality, predictability, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong Agile/Sprint and product (MVP) development expertise, with DevOps (CI/CD) and automation experience.
  • Degree-level education.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce/retail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience in Delivery Excellence, Managed Services, and Development projects.
  • Preferably skilled in SAP Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Operational expertise in demand/supply, resource fulfilment, and financial processes.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Experience in BCP planning and compliance validation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Passion for digital and eCommerce.
