Please note that you must drive for this position due to location Responsibilities: Manage relationships with senior staff members you will be their first point of contact on any queries and benefit from years of first hand industry knowledge. Prepare client pack and documents for meetings ensure that all client information is up to date prior to meetings and ensure senior staff are kept up to date. Provide clients with updates throughout the process providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that they are happy. Research companies to obtain information on clients prior to meeting. Input client information into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines. Scanning and uploading client information on the inhouse company systems. Ensure the clients details are up to date and are fully compliant. Scan and archive files. Any other ad hoc duties such a reception coverSkill Requirements: Educated to a degree level. Able to build relationships with ease. Organised and able to work to strict deadlines.
