Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives on building strong client relationships? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Key Account Support professional to join a busy and friendly team, providing essential support to key client accounts and ensuring a first-class customer experience from start to finish.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for key client enquiries and requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Coordinating client communications and ensuring service requests are managed efficiently
  • Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day management of key accounts
  • Managing helpdesks and client portals
  • Raising purchase orders and completing associated administration
  • Preparing reports, KPI data and performance information
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Assisting with issue resolution and identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Providing administrative support across the wider team when required

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an account support, customer service, client services or account coordination role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive, positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the office location.
