This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers and colleagues, helping to manage accounts, process orders and deliver an excellent customer experience.
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently from quotation through to delivery. You'll build strong customer relationships, handle enquiries and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management of customer accounts
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries

- Process orders accurately from quotation to delivery
- Prepare and issue quotations
