We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and reliable individual with an excellent eye for detail to join our close-knit team managing our client accounts. The role will need the individual to be involved in the whole process for the client, from design brief to order delivery. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing role and as such, we are looking for a highly flexible and adaptable candidate who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the role. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years' experience in account management and/or project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief the design team on project developments, implement agreed changes, and ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Coordinate with UK suppliers and Far East factories to secure timely delivery of samples
- Manage client expectations throughout all stages of their brief
- Compare products across the supply base to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor current market trends and competitor products to inform decision-making
- Maintain and update comprehensive product information files
- Oversee multiple critical paths across the client portfolio to ensure seamless project delivery
- Translate client concepts into creative, compliant, and practical solutions
- Maintain daily communication with clients to track progress and meet project milestones
