We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. To be considered you must be available immediately!
Duties:
- Complex Diary Management for multiple directors
- Travel arrangements including flights and accommodation
- Expenses processing
- Take meeting minutes as and when required
- Organise internal and external meetings
- Raise POs and check invoices
