Join a collaborative team where you will be working on sampling, testing, QA and competitor testing. Whilst mainly working independently, you should also be able to work within a team to draw experience, feedback, and advice from your colleagues. You should be organised, analytical, able to work independently, be a creative problem solver, and have a desire to strive for excellence.
Responsibilities of the Lab Technologist:
- Testing new products
- Reviewing samples if not approved
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and cleanliness
- Confident making up samples for approval
- Sample a range of product applications
- Check and approve pre-production samples (Red Seals) and 1st production samples (Gold Seals) for new products
- Organise research and findings
