Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Review titles, contracts, searches and property documentation.
- Raise and respond to enquiries and negotiate where required.
- Manage transactions through exchange and completion.
- Deal with Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors.
- Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain excellent client care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, AML and risk requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication and client-management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
- Proactive, commercially minded and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
