The Role
You will be responsible for monitoring outstanding requests, investigating delays and ensuring information is received within agreed timescales. You will work closely with external partners, internal teams and clients, providing updates and helping to resolve issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring outstanding data and investigating delays
- Liaising with external contacts to obtain outstanding information
- Analysing information to identify issues and potential solutions
- Proactively following up on outstanding requests
- Keeping internal teams informed of any delays or issues
- Providing clear and professional updates to clients
- Managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent issues from becoming problems
About You
This role would suit a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with information, solving problems and communicating with people.
You will need:
