My client is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Returns Administrator to manage inventory accuracy and oversee the end-to-end returns process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Care, Operations, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Finance, to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records across systems and warehouse reports
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
- Conduct regular reconciliations and stock counts with fulfilment partners
- Support inventory reporting, stock adjustments, and month-end processes
- Manage the operational returns process, ensuring accurate inspection and timely restocking
- Monitor return volumes, reasons, and performance, identifying improvements
