This isn't a back-office role churning through files. This is a client-facing, career-building opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on quality, meaningful private client work.
What you'll be doing:
- You will manage your own caseload with excellent support and supervision, advising on:
- Wills and complex Will drafting
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection
- Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Estate Planning
- Building long-term relationships with local high-net-worth clients and families
This would suit you if:
- You are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client
- You have solid technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- You are STEP qualified or working towards it - desirable but not essential
