An established organisation is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover). This role is responsible for managing a structured recruitment process for individuals exploring a long-term business partnership opportunity. This is not a high-volume sales recruitment role. Instead, the focus is on guiding candidates through a professional, well-managed process that ensures they fully understand the opportunity and are the right long-term fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial enquiry through to onboarding
