We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly and professional team based in Guildford. You'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the central contact for our customers, owning their journey from first interaction to resolution
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and service emails
- Respond to information requests and support queries across regional sales branches
- Resolve queries or escalate them appropriately within the business
- Perform admin duties and manage customer interactions via our portal
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Provide valuable customer insights to the management team
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own workload
