- Our client is seeking a proactive and organised
Administrator to support the delivery of quality, health, safety, environmental and compliance activities across the business. This role provides administrative support to the QHSE function, helping to maintain management systems , support compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for QHSE and compliance activities, including document control, record management, and action tracking.
- Monitor QHSE performance, maintain records, and produce reports across multiple locations.
- Support teams in implementing QHSE processes and meeting compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver internal QHSE training and guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise QHSE processes.
- Support the maintenance of management systems and relevant ISO certifications.
- Coordinate QHSE communications and reporting to stakeholders.
- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years administrative experience with an interest in QHSE.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and health and safety legislation.
- Good analytical and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Share Point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised, proactive and highly attentive to detail.
- Able to manage workloads independently, use initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
