A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation team based in Farnham.
Working closely with senior legal professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring legal professional looking to gain valuable hands-on experience within a fast-paced and supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, courts, counsel, and third parties via telephone and email
- Preparing hearing, mediation, and trial bundles
- Drafting court documentation for County Court and High Court proceedings
- Assisting with fee-earning work, including drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to Counsel
- Undertaking legal research to support ongoing matters
- Managing files, correspondence, and diaries effectively
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Supporting the wider litigation team with administrative and case management duties
Skills & Experience Required
- Law graduate with previous experience within Dispute Resolution and/or Property Litigation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
