A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual to support experienced lawyers across a varied caseload within a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee earners with a range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Managing client files from opening through to post-completion stages
  • Preparing contract packs and conveyancing documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to provide updates and progress matters efficiently
  • Handling post-exchange administration and preparing completion statements
  • Conducting final searches and submitting SDLT and AP1 applications
  • Dealing with Land Registry requisitions and related documentation
  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documents
  • Diary management and general administrative support
  • Ensuring all files remain compliant and accurately maintained

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role
  • Good understanding of conveyancing procedures and processes
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using modern IT systems and legal software
  • Accurate typing and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
